CREDIT APPLICATION

By submitting this credit application, I authorize STM Calgary to obtain credit information from the references listed above and from any credit reporting agency. I agree that all invoices are due net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. A late payment charge of 2% per month (24% per annum) will be applied to overdue accounts. The applicant agrees to pay all collection costs, including legal fees, in the event of default.
